1 of 1 found this helpful Had a different hometek steam mop which was great, plenty of steam and refilled often this one produces little or no steam very difficult to use on carpeted floors maybe there is a technique to use it properly, a chore to use, wont be out often therefore defeating the point of purchasing it.

Brilliant
Never came across a better performing product would recommend to anyone to give it a go.Maybe beginning to get scarce due to brexit or other . You will only be disappointed if you cannot source further supplies. amazing and it works.
