Wrong hardware to mount properly to stated bumper.
It does NOT fit the 2014 Ram Type 1 bumper that it says it will fit. The plastic frame actually does fit, but the bolts supplied are useless, they are only long enough to barely go into the plastic frame, they are too short and too narrow to actually hold to the holes in the bumper. I bought new hardware, and was able to install it, but as a complete kit it is not.

Terrible product, but since I didn't install it until a month after purchase, I had no way to return it.
