Don't buy this rubbish
1 of 2 found this helpful The on I received had no blue spatula thingy and also there was no EVA (the stuff that melts and moulds to the shape of your teeth). So basically your just getting the plastic surround. It wonuldn't stop you snoring anyway, as there's no manipulation of the lower jaw. Don't waste your money on this, however cheap it is. Do yourself a favour and search for SNOREEZE, They actually work. I (and the wife) have slept brilliantly since I've been using one.
