    Pen arrived and its is as if it is running out . Not great quality and when contacted seller their attitude was not very polite and they seem to have this big hang up on how many they have sold and how happy so many people are . Well im sorry but not everyone is happy and you sometime do get an unhappy customer. They will indeed need to reply to this feedback to say how great they are and that they has excellent costume satisfaction not true .

    Customer purchased one pen used it for two weeks. we requested the pen back to inspect as Customer stated in first email stated pen didn't work then proceeded to say it worked for a few days then stopped. Some people cant be pleased.
