Easy Read, this archery book will help you shoot better.
Book was received in good useable condition. It's a how-to guide to archery, written by a famous archer to help anyone starting out or trying to improve their shooting. So, it's a bit nerdy in some placed. The book is quite old, my copy has a 2011 impression date. This is a replacement copy as my original was gifted to a friend.
The age of the book means that all of the examples refer to archery equipment available around 2006, so hardware is outdated but principles of how to shoot a bow are still applicable as are the bow tuning methods.
The book fits my needs as some of the equipment I use is from the same period, so hardware advice works well. There is a nice explanation of how to draw a bow using the right muscles and once you get this it's clear that you do not have to be very strong to draw and shoot a bow, anyone can do it.
Hope this helps
