product did exactly what i needed
Bought this product with some reservations thinking that it was too cheap !!!
I was wrong it is a good product that works well . I am going to buy some more.

Poor Quality poor business practices
I have now been waiting for several week a replacement kettle and you have repeatedly given me false promises or ignored my e mails .
I shall now submit a very negative report on your business practices and this will I hope warn others not to buy anything from your company.
