We love to play this game, my kids have learned most of the steps already! It even has an option where you can burn calories and saves your accomplishments.

Very good
Get Stronger, Feel Younger by Reinl and Wescott is very helpful for those that really want to understand the reasons as to why we gain weight and how our bodies repond to exercise, food and life-style habits. I first this book in a bookstore, and literally sat down and sketched some of the exercises, simply becuase I thought it would be easier. But it dawned on me to actullay read it and not just look at the pictures, and it was very interesting. For example, it explains that that it is only really neccessary to work out two to three times a week, for course, for someone that is only wanting to keep fit and lean not for an olympic trainer. Get Stronger, Feel Younger depicts exercises that can be down with gym equipment and exercises that can be done with simple home-gym equipment. It also has a section with meals that one can prepare in order to achieve the results we want. It really makes working out easy because we can finally understand how and why are bodies are affected with the right kind of exercise in combination diet. Diet in the sense of foods we eat, not lack of eating and starving in order to just lose pounds the fast way and only to gain it back when the event has passed to binge on all the food we prohibited ourselves from eating. All in all the book is very good for someone with any and all kind of determination to exercise and look for better health.

Fun Cartoon book
Another cake decorating book that has excellent details. It has cartoons that I have not seen in ages, but I remember how fun they were to watch. Maybe not the best book to start with since it maybe a little hard to duplicate, but definetly one to practice with and better one's skills.
