Best screen protector for the note 8
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried a couple different screen protectors for my note 8 and they were all terrible. The tempered glass ones have visible adhesive strips running down the edges of the screen or the screen had an extreme glare, showed finger prints like crazy, and had visible dots everywhere. The wet install protectors weren't nearly as smooth as glass and had this wave like affect. This protector on the other hand is even better than the glass on the phone. With the right case, you can't even tell you have a screen protector on there, you don't leave smudges and finger prints on the screen and the screen is just as vivid as it is without a protector on it. Only downside is the installation process is a little unforgiving. You get two shots at getting it perfect and if there is the smallest particle of dust you will get a bubble than you cannot remove. Both attempts I made resulted in a bubble being formed, the second time it was extremely tiny but nonetheless still there, and with a replacement glass and solution being $40 I'm going to just have to deal with it. By no means is the tiny bubble a huge deal, even with the bubble it's better than any other screen protector I just wanted the flawless looking screen. For this reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the installation is a bit more difficult than traditional protectors. I do still highly recommend this if you have a note 8 or s8 as all the other protectors are just plain terrible. It is on the pricier side but trust me when I say this, if you spend $15 on a protector and end up hating it then buying another one and another one trying to find a good one you end up spending the same amount as this one. If you're needing a screen protector just buy this one you won't be displeased.
