Used for years
Have used this for years, excellent product. If you suffer from constipation, this really helps, but give it a few days to take effect.

Great for easing dry mouth at night.
Great product if you suffer from dry mouth due to sjogrens, put one in my mouth around 2/3 am, and don’t wake with an appalling cardboard mouth any more.
