Doesn't Taste Good
These tea bags smell of aromatic spices really good, but the taste is not nearly as good. I'm used to a different brand of organic chai tea, and I hoped this one would taste similar or even better because it's an Indian product. But the tea is just meh. I think a fewer number of spices are included. It tastes a lot like regular tea with a hint of some ginger and a bit of other spices.

Looks Good but Plunger is Bad
I mainly bought this because it's quite aesthetically pleasing. I had a very conventional looking French press before. The product arrived in very good condition, even though I worried that the glass might crack during shipping. It came neatly packed in an old box (the French press was not used though, seemingly).
I've been using this for about two weeks now. Everything is perfect except for the lid and the plunger. The lid does not secure onto the carafe (the glass container). It sits on the carafe like a cover. So, when I use the plunger or pour coffee, I have to secure it in place by hand. My older French press has a lid with a bottom part that goes inside the carafe so the lid doesn't move.
After several days, the filter got separated from the plunger. I pulled the plunger up, not any harder than I had before, and the three filtering parts came apart from the plunger stick. I managed to screw it back but now it's very unstable. The filter was unstable from the beginning. It didn't fit inside the carafe properly. But I didn't really mind that as long as it worked. But turns out the filter was not built sturdy.
Luckily, I have the lid and the plunger from my old French press, which fits onto this carafe. The two parts don't look as nice together as the original, but it works. I got my older French press from Australia for much cheaper, but clearly it is the superior product. I accidentally dropped it the floor and the carafe broke so that's why I got this. I wish this product came with a proper lid and a plunger.

Great product as described.
2 of 2 found this helpful I got this soap mainly as a face wash for acne-prone skin, and I have to say this works so much better than regular anti-acne cleansers. I use it at night before bed, and when I wake up, most acne is gone (my condition is severe). I only usually get the same effect with topical antibiotic cream. This soap is really great as a body wash too. I have to say, it can have a drying effect (but not the same dry, irritating effect as sulfate shampoos and soaps). I use a gentle moisturizer with it to prevent excessive drying.
The soap came exactly as described in a new packaging. Thanks for that.
