Great Indian Cookery Book
Lovely receipe book, nice story telling throughout and background to each dish

Worth spending a bit extra to get high quality
I found a lot of the cheaper guns described as heavy duty, were not suitable for purpose at all. These guns have lasted months and have no sign of breaking yet. Previously cheaper versions would have bent teeth, springs coming loose and bits snapping off. Totally recommend this version
