i have to leave negative on transaction many reasons firstly I PAID FOR ROYAL MAIL 48 service 12 December the item shows dispatched 18 December and no tracking was given i never received parcel but seller then told me it was SENT EVRI to save "them "money .parcel stolen from outside property seller is not being swift in resolving with refund on MANY MISTAKES poor communication too PLEASE NO REFUND my money

after having to phone the seller i have a refund apparently i made the goal posts move and it got to complex .. ( ebay using the Evri proof of delivery is very floored i suspect im not the first to ask for refund only to have issues due to parcel theft ) thanks for all your help over this some of support at Ebay but the seller i really didnt need to hassle you 7 times over 2 months

From day 1 should have just cancelled order and take the item for re-cycling.We went from: deliver to alternative address (never going to happen) to I'll collect it and then send to account address. Yes, despatch was delayed as the item was bulky and didn't have a box to fit it. Paid extra to ship via Evri (more than the shipping charge paid by customer).Evri tracking info was uploaded to Ebay - you can confirm with Ebay.Evri confirmed delivery. Refund has been processed through Ebay 8/2/24

Honeywell 9400C - simple to install and operate

Had a Honeywell 6400C controller that failed. The 9400C is a direct replacement with no re-wiring required. you can just slot it on the 6400C baseplate, or opt to replace the existing one. 7 day timer easy to set up. The back light is permanently on by default. There is an engineers menu setting to change this to off until you press a key.
