Kirby Classic 1CR
1 of 1 found this helpful I would first like to start off by saying that Kirby vacuums are great no matter which model you choose so this review is not based on the vacuum brand but rather the condition of the vacuum. I recently purchased a Kirby Classic 1CR not 1CB as the listing said vacuum cleaner Classic 1CB. Things that I like about the machine is that first of all its a Kirby and anything that goes wrong with the machine is easy to repair. Kirby is a great vacuum however I got suckered on the one that I recieved because the listing said that it worked great and it most certainly does not! It's in desparate need of repair to bring it back to proper operating standards:-( Me being a Kirby vacuum collector and user don't mind taking it down to my nearest Kirby vacuum dealer to have it repaired! But I feel like this should have been taken care of before I bought it! My advice to anyone purchasing this model off of ebay is make sure that it is rebuilt or referbished as this is an early 1970's vacuum. It being referbished or rebuilt will also pervent the customer (YOU) from having to come out of your pocket. Saving you MONEY!!
