Remote was faulty & no Seller support.

After properly programming the remote, it affected the operation of the rest of the ceiling fans in the house. Tried reprogramming all remotes in the house (including this purchased remote) separately/repeatedly & this purchased remote continued to operate & override all other remotes, like a master remote. Basically made all previous remotes in the house useless. Attempted twice to get support & guidance from Seller w/o any response. Not good products or Seller response/resolution. Beware!
