Defective

Seemingly in good condition, but won't up-load to any of my three computers: Windows 10, Vista, or 98. I get a message: "no device detected". Camera is no good to me if I can't transfer pictures to a computer. I purchased a new Stylus several years ago and was quite pleased with it, but I lost it. This used replacement won't do the job.
