Helpful Arthritis Resource
The Mayo Clinic Guide to Arthritis goes over osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and the difference between the two types of arthritis. The book goes over how to treat arthritis and medications to help with arthritis. The book goes over what to expect if a person has to have surgery on their knee or shoulder or other joints.
My husband and I both have arthritis and we felt like the book would be helpful for us as we get older. The Mayo Clinic book is a book we can refer to about any questions we may have about arthritis,

Love this handheld game!
We love this handheld game! We had one already, but ours quit working properly. So far we are very happy with this one. So glad somebody had this one listed on Ebay.
