Pleasent, but effective?
Although it does have a pleasant feeling, (electric buzz and pounding ) on my lower back, I have pain in my lower back, it does not seem to have any long term effect. The machine itself is well thought out - I especially like the pad holder. it keeps the sticky side of the pads effectively pristine. I don't know, maybe with use the pain may recede.
