Mortice lock
5 lever mortice door lock with reversible latch
had about 4 of these over the years for the front door of a let and they have proven to be reliable and secure thus far.

Photocell light
Bought to replace matching item which had failed after a number of years.
A robust plastic case enclosing a small florescent tube.
Gives off good light during dusk/night/dawn.
Power cable enters the rear of the unit via a rubber grommet - the hole is prepared but a pain to removed (i drilled lightly round the edge to assist removal) .
Screws into plastic body can be a bit tight but everything seals up well enough. Old unit appears to have had ingress through rear rubber grommet which eventually led to demise ...
Fitting to the wall etc via four (initially sealed) mounting holes. Two decent fixings should be more than enough in most applications.

Seem to be standard sample bottles. No apparent defects.
