Well-made and a step up from my standard eyepieces
The eyepiece feels like a well-made product, and a closer looks at the lenses shows a pleasing green reflective coating, which better-coated lenses seem to have. It seems to me a step up from the standard eyepieces which were supplied with my telescope, although i'd only a 25mm to closely compare it with. I have only had the opportunity to try this once given the recent poor weather but the view seemed sharp to me, although i'm no expert. The flip-up rubber eye-cup is also of better quality than those standard eyepieces and dust caps are provided. It looks a lot like the better known, Celestron Omni Plossl of the same size and may well be identical, although i've not compared them. I thought i'd try it and so far have not been disappointed.

Surprisingly Good
Surprisingly good at this price point. The objective lenses and eyepieces seem to be well coated. The images are bright and in sharp focus, the focuser action is smooth. It feels well made and sturdy. The objective lens covers are good being inserted into the lens barrels rather than push fit on the outside, which can then fall off more easily. There is a tiny amount of clipping of the exit pupil (the image you see at the eyepiece if you hold it towards light at arms length), however it's on one only quarter of the circular image and doesn't affect the image at all from what i can tell with the binoculars held to the eyes.
