- d***d (314)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseProduct was despatched promptly and arrived early, however item was in a worse condition than listed and when I contacted the seller for a refund, they tried to refute my reasons for a return and instead tried to say that it was actually a change of mind and so would only refund money minus postage. I informed seller that I would have no option but to let ebay take over the problem. Seller eventually refunded the full costs a day before ebay would have stepped in. Very disapponting experience.

Sadly not for me
My initial reaction when I opened the package was -
a bit cheap and nasty! However, when I plugged the set in I was impressed by the sound quality. Sadly, after 2 weeks of minimal use, the left side started to distort badly. I've checked these against my Philips SHP2500 phones and they work fine. It's very possible that the set I bought was a rogue example, but I wont be taking that chance in future.
