Item was not as good as the listing alluded to. Returned and was refunded but it wasn’t straightforward and initial communication was very defensive…Some sellers it seems just automatically assume a buyer is trying it on - swapping things for less good items eg. - I am sure that happens but it should not be a sellers default position as it is not a good approach to customer service for genuine purchases

The buye thought this David Bowie record had been stored in a damp environment ,I ashore him it had been kept in a record cabinet, he then did say that the record was in good condition,but not the gate sleeve.This record is 50 years old ! However he returned this item with full refund with no fuss.
