Great shoe for the right type of runner
Noticeable difference to the other shoes I've been wearing over the past few years. I don't think they are for everyone. A heavier runner is not going to get as much benefit, nor will a flat-footed or heal-striking runner as the heel is quite squishy. These are optimal for forefoot runners. The faster you go, the more benefit you get as the shoe allows you to recover more kinetic energy from each foot strike. They are definitely not meant for off-road running as they do not have a lot of lateral stability... so I definitely don't recommend using them for that purpose at all. I bought these to see if they would work for me and they definitely do. I'll buy another pair for sure and put them on the shelf for next racing season. I love the pink color so I better hurry.

Sounds great... not as loud as I expected.
Just installed on my 2007 4Runner Sport. Install was very easy though I did have to make some adjustments. The package comes with two "duplicate" parts to accommodate differences between the wide range of years. Only issue I have is that the exhaust tip doesn't fit too well next to my hitch mount system so it's sticking out way too far. I am not sure what to do about that just yet but will figure it out. Nice system overall though!

Nice little setup
