Execlent gear for the home network
I have been using NetGear products for around 10 years at home. The prices are reasonable and the devices last for a long time. I upgraded because I needed the next step in speed ie from 100mbps to 1000mbps. I have never had a failure on any of my older NetGear item. Setup was fast and seamless. Put it in the system it runs. As I have a variety of LAN based devices (computers, printers, access points, instrumentation etc...) it is nice to be able to just plugin and forget. Wish all of my stuff worked this way.

Mastech MS6252B Digital Anemometer
I have used the Mastech MS6252B to check all sorts of conditions both inside and outside my home. Works very well and seems to be very accurate. The only issue is that I live in the USA and use feet not meters. While it is easy to change between the two, when turning the anemometer back on it goes back to meters every time. It would be nice if it kept my inputs. Other wise it works very well.
