Turning the Flywheel: A Monograph to Accompany Good to Great by Jim Collins

Better than expected.

Didn't expect much for such a slim addendum; pleasantly surprised. The break down and examples of all the pieces of Good to Great and the summary section at the end completely makes the book worth it! Only negative is that it makes a few references to the other two books written by Collins. It won'y detract you from gaining further insights into GTG. Thoroughly worth it.
