Chronic dry lips
2 of 2 found this helpful All my teenage/young adult life I have always had dry, tight feeling lips. No matter how much Chapstick I apply, as soon as the moisture fades my lips tighten up again and dry out. This is the Only product that legit stays on and deeply moisturizes. Highly recommend!
