just what i like
they're organic, contain no onion or garlic, and in capsule form. i've taken supplements for years as i'm not bothered about food, so supplements are my interest. i like to try products on offer normally. i had these delivered to argos so i wasn't having to listen out for the postman, and it proved be a great idea. i feel happy with the ingredients; well covered. i'd buy them again.

like the real thing
it smells and tastes just like cider vinegar so you know it's the real thing in capsule form. i cannot face the cider, but i'm fine with these capsules. i feel confident with these unlike the other supplements i take. i started eating apples when i had gall bladder stones and the pain went. now i just take these capsules. i would recommend them to whoever wants to try the vinegar in an easy form for their own reasons.
