Perfect for home training or when travelling
These are small enough to install in a small flat using a pull up bar. Also handy to travel with to keep training in the hotel room. There's various training sequences that one can follow available online. Perfect for training finger strength.

Awesome product, definitely recommended.
I have been using it for a week now, excellent all around. It's really easy to control the sound volume and skip songs and turn the shuffle on or off. The micro-SD slot is very useful for quickly swapping playlists around and the battery life is excellent, 15 hours is more than enough for my daily use. Sound quality is also good too. I also like how it is affordable enough for a quality MP3 player.
