Prefab Sprout CD
I bought this CD because I heard one of the tracks on the radio which I hadn't heard for a few years. The whole album is really good and takes me back in my memory to the time a few years ago when I listeneed to the cassette tape regularly. I love it.

Great Book for Calorie Counters
This book is designed for use with the 5:2 diet as it has recipes for the days when you are on less than 500 cals. but the recipes can be used at any time to be aware of your calorie intake. Most of the recipes are for 4 people but it is easy to divide the ingredients for 1 or 2 people. I bought the book because I like the sound of virtually every single recipe in it. I've only used a couple of the recipes so far, but they all seem to be quite straightforward, no fuss instructions.

Book starts with info about the different types of pulses, nutrition, the difference between dried and canned. A good selection of recipes from nibbles and dips through to sweet treats. Book was in vg condition.
