A small wonder
After drilling and making the threads in the barrel with the drill bit and the thread cutter included in the package it was more than easy to install the miniature microphone. I soon found the perfect posture by just rotating the barrel to keep the cable from hindering my playing.
And the sound just amazed me. From the lowest to the highest notes distinctively the pure clarinet sound, no colouring, acoustic feedback, humming or excess handling noise. Excellent balance throughout the registers.
Never before has miking the clarinet been so easy and effective.

Very good value for the money
A good buy for the money The stand is sturdy and rosewood plays and resonates well with the hard plastic mallets. Some minor flaws in the frame finishing, but they don´t harm the playability. The 3-4 smallest blocks (highest notes)produce more of a clicking sound than a recognizable pitched note. All in all I am happy with it as a very good learning and practise instrument and will be playing it in a concert as well.
