Easy Fever - A great Selection of covers of The Easybeats and Stevie Wright songs
Great Music. Excellent version of Evie, parts one, 2 and 3. Most other songs are performed exceedingly well - especially Sorry. It really is heart-thumping music to bop to. I'm sure Stevie Wright would approve of the covers. There are 2 CD's, one is the cover versions and the other is the original Easybeats and Stevie Wright versions. Have had it for a couple of weeks now and have hardly stopped playing it. Would highly recommend.

Thick She Butter cream if you can bear the smell

A good account of a number of well known British executioners from the past
The book gives a brief overview of the personalities and how they saw their roles of executioner in the 19th and 20th centuries. Anyone with an interest in penal history and capital punishment would find this a good introduction to capital punishment in Britain.
