Canon DCC-1570 Genuine Black Leather Camera Case for SX710 SX700 SX610 SX600 HS

Tight fit Canon case keeps Powershot camera safe and secure
Thi9s review is in relation to the Canon Powershot SX740HS. Case appears to be genuine leather and is identical to (or the exact same as) the DCC-1570 case available from Canon UK at 400% more. The fit is quite tight, but this will likely loosen up a little over time with usage. Wisest thing to do is put the camera into this case with the lens/shutter assembly facing away from you.. Case closure is a very simple push and click shut process, another reason why it's best not to be thumb-pressing down too hard on the case closure and in turn the front shutter blades: the camera's LCD screen is strong enough and mounted well enough to cope with closure pressure of the leather. NOTE: hough robust and nicely finished, the case adds virtually nothing at all to the weight / bulk of the camera. Pocketability is therefore unaltered.

Worst commercial audio CD ever heard
A dismal ear-achingly awful offering that gives the impression of being a compilation of transcoded MP3 rip-offs of YouTube video postings. There's no evidence of any attempt to re-master or even balance a massively compressed, often distorted, and frequently mono track list. The UK production company responsible for this CD is new to me but if this is the standard of its output, best advice is to stay well clear.
Gone With The Wind Letters 1936-1949(Hardback Book)Margaret Mitchell-VG
    29 May, 2018
One of the best books ever written about the movies
Margaret Mitchell wasn't simply the author of 'Gone With The Wind'. She was also a superb journalist, a writer with as sharp a wit (and tongue) as Dorothy Parker. Instead of being merely yet another book about the cinema in general, or one epic movie in particular, this book of Mitchell's collected letters is a consistently entertaining and illuminating insight into the life and times of Mitchell the writer and Mitchell the very, very reluctant celebrity, chronicling as it does her thoughts and experiences in the run-up to Selznick's lavish extravaganza and afterwards. In all the literature of yesteryear Hollywood, there's nothing quite like this delightful personal memoir, nor anything quite as entertaining or insightful. Thoroughly recommended.
