    The card received was not the card described, and the seller doesn't want to do a refund, he proposed me to buy another card in his shop (with free delivery). I simply want what I bought or a refund. Do not recommend.

    I offered a fair cost saving solution to this. Would save you money and you declined. No further discussions to date. Though, original post clearly states no refunds. I NEVER denied a refund. Feel free to return the card and I'll refund less the unrecoverable ebay fees upon receipt. Main item description and photo clearly show what was shipped. $.99 card is not worth a negative review imo. I hope we can resolve your concerns amicably.
