Ever after high secret journal
Item arrived as per description. The problems begin with the voice recognition. It accepts the initIal password ok however when you try to re enter the word it doesn't recognise the voice or the word.
My daughter became increasingly frustrated with the item eventually breaking down in tears because it wouldn't open.
Very annoying.
