green eggs without ham
3 of 3 found this helpful Have bought and used countless hand and forearm exercisers, including the Iron Mind metal grippers, a variety of squeezable balls and rubber bands. I have had the blue Egg for a couple years, and have greatly enjoyed the challenge it affords. Without doubt, however, the Green egg presents the best combination of malleability and variety of hand positioning, thus providing the maximum benefit in terms of effectiveness.
