stuck on German time
cannot get it off German time. tells me temperature. gives me a vague idea of barometric pressure

Not of the quality I expected.
(Teflon?) coating is coming off after six loaves. dough sticks to the paddle, leaving a hole in the base of the loaf. the paddle is difficult to put on to, or remove, from the spindle. I would neither recommend this product nor buy it again.
