Information that has benefit for All.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an awesome book. While the author is not an MD etc.... His ability to break down information and describe process... FOR the Lay person is INCREDIBLE. Never would I have realized the hazards of mouth breathing amongst other things before reading his information. It is also critical information for parents etc in dealing with Children and mouth formation and prevention of problems at all ages.
BECAUSE he involved himself as a guinea pig to experience the issues he covers first hand: it validates his authenticity to the max. I believe everyone would benefit and learn valuable information from his work.

VERA BRADLEY: FLORAL FIESTA PATTERN IS GORGEOUS
While the Mini is probably smaller than I realized, there are those moments when just a small carry along works just fine. The crossbody is perfect in size and Vera Bradley produces a quality product. I am not a person who wants to carry a large bag for an outing. It pulls on the neck and All I feel one needs are a few essentials, money and a credit card. As I said in my title, Flora l Fiesta is a beautiful, artistic pattern and doesn't seem to be available on line at Vera Bradley. The colors are rich and just FUN. Hence, I have really stocked up on this pattern in the last 5 months. To me, it is their most beautiful pattern eve just a win-win all around.

THESE PANTS ARE THE BEST!!!
Great pants. Fabric is really exceptional for hot climates.. I live in Florida where they never feel heavy nor sticky. The only caution is to wash them gently, as the fabric can stretch and not look as good when washed with machines that are vigorous. I LOVE all the pockets and the length is ideal for me. I am 5ft 3in and depending on size, the length is perfect. THAT is another interesting characteristic: I prefer a size 10, but size 8 Is fine and size 12 with a little tuck or two fit fine as well. I Don't understand how they are still available, since I cannot find them at Costco sores, but am thankful that I stumbled in to them on Ebay etc. GREAT buy.
