Great for men...?
These arch supporting insoles do support my arches but inspite of being able to cut them down to size I wonder if they are made for bigger feet (possibly men’s). The reason being that the shape of the supporting section is a bit too high for my foot and there is not much cushioning there so that the support feels too “fierce”. Also, my foot is obviously higher in the shoe so the shoes don’t stay on as well. I will still use them but I am not desperate to. I would recommend only if you’re desperate and can’t try different ones
