Not as pink as I'd hoped
5 of 6 found this helpful This salt is fine, but definitely not as pink as other Himalayan salt I've had in the past - think of those paints -'white with a hint of pink', that sort of colour (and not the colour I can presently see in the photo). As I've always assumed that depth of colour is an indication of the additional minerals and other compounds that make Himalayan salt so special, maybe I'll look around next time. My theory might be wrong and I'm sure such natural products are variable anyway, but this wasn't quite what I was expecting (though perfectly functional as salt and good value for money).

Read the small print
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a well-made thermometer at a reasonable price (though not always easy to shake down after use). If you need it for low body temperature (as in hypothyroid conditions) it's not much help as it only goes down to 35.5C. It does say this in the description but I missed it, so read the small print if this is what you need it for.
