shame this has been withdrawn

Given this contains the same active ingredient as the little blue pellets it is hard to see why this as been withdrawn. I've used it for years to keep my hostas in good condition

Ideal for round the house/garden

Bought this to use around my house and large garden. Previous radios have not had sufficient volume to listen to the radio outside unless in the immediate vicinity , and I'm often moving around a bit. I bought the rechargeable battery pack elsewhere and it works brilliantly. The volume is quite sufficient to use it outside when I can comfortably work around and about it. The battery pack works very well; I keep it on charge most of the time, then when outside or working round the house I detach it and carry it around without a break. I generally found it easy to set up; much of it was automatic. I'm not particularly savvy about technology. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that I couldn't work out how to use the presets above number 4, which use a different system. I'm sure many people would have no problem, and the first 4 presets were easy. Overall I would happily recommend it, or buy another if I needed to.
