Worst heat gun ever

I received this product and within 30 minutes of using on and off at low temperature I wondered why it was getting smoky in the shed so I disconnected at the plug and set it outside when I went back to it I seen that the whole centre was melted! Not happy when the sell said that it’s nothing to do with them and I’d have to go to the manufacture when it’s a product they sold me, good way off getting out it NOT. I will load photos later
