  The description / photos did not include repaired front bun and handle, bent lever cap screw, pitting to sole, recently filed mouth to accommodate replaced iron and recently refinished in thick cheap varnish. Seller protested - was unhelpful with return. eBay had to intervene. The screw sided Spiers panel plane is a lemon. Fast postage well packaged.
