3000 W inverter

This inverter is not 12V/24V. You can only chose either 12V or 24 V but it is not both. It is not 120V/ 220V but you can only choose either 120 V or 220 V. I choose 220v but it would not run a one HP motor. The receptacle is a 110 Volt receptacle in the US but it was wired with 220 Volts which think is a violation of electrical code.
