Great for swings
2 of 2 found this helpful It's perfect for swings. The handle is a little more slippery than a standard kettle bell. Also the handle is in the shape of a square making it hard to hold for squats like a regular kettle bell which is easier to grab and hold. But as long as I am working out at home, it is a good tool to have.
