Outstanding phone! The Blackberry 8310!
2 of 3 found this helpful The Blackberry Curve 8310 is the best phone that I have ever owned! Outstanding clarity at BOTH ends of the conversation, and in conference calls, the best phone! The Blackberry 8310 is also very durable! I've had mine for two years, and the 'ball' part is just fine. Of course, I treat my phone with respect and a great deal of care.
It has Internet capability, but I don't use that along with texting, which is also available.
Carrying a car charger, and having two home chargers in different rooms helps me constantly keep on top of the two-three hour battery. (This depends on how much of the battery shelf life is still left when you get the battery.) I picked up a spare Blackberry OEM part batteries for under $4.00 plus shipping off eBay. Just check eBay for offers. Lots are available without paying AT&T's high prices.
Also, there is a guy in West Virginia (Blackberry Refurbish Services) who specializes in fixing Blackberry phones. He's very reasonable! I just got back one of my three phones from him with video ability installed through a universal upgrade available to all Blackberries.
All in all, this is the best phone for someone who wants it all at a fair price with slightly reduced technology compared with the super phones of today.

Not what I expected, but am keeping it for the few references I might use.
I was hoping for something like a Cruden's or Barbour paperback concordance with a fairly large concordance, but was disappointed that many words that I would seek references to are not in the concordance.
It is hard to know what you are getting BEFORE you get it, especially if you don't know the brand name of the book. Next time I will order what I am sure of.

Save lots of $$$ for this SAME blower than Other Places charge!

This blower is very high quality, as it is the IDENTICAL part to the one that I took out of my OWN Heat Surge Roll and Glow. (Same blower fits MANY different models, which I found out after researching this through many websites selling the same thing!)
I installed it myself (through the help of YouTube videos, which are a Godsend!) and the Heater runs quieter, and is FAR more efficient than before when the blower was making a lot of rattling noise! (Copper sleeves at each end of the motor spindles are the culprit!) As this one was about $22.00 WITH shipping, it was a sound choice for me to do the work.
Just make SURE that there are no other problems OTHER than a noisy blower motor. Otherwise, it'll cost you around $175 plus shipping to get yours fixed. That almost makes it a throw away, because you can get a deal on a BRAND NEW Heat Surge Roll and Glow fireplace for $295. with the coupon from THEM if you call and request one.
I just bought TWO minis, one for me and one for my son, for $149 each, not the $249 in the stores. And I bought them DIRECTLY from the Amish Heat Surge Fireplace Factory store! They were the most reasonable of anyone selling them. Strange that it worked out that way!
