Bowl size
The bowl measurement which is given includes the the legs on the base of the bowl, so the bowl itself is not very deep not what I was expecting,as I had measured my old soled bowl as a guild as to the size.

Very good value for money
I have been ordering these tablets for some time and they really help stop the cramp I get in my leg

Little christmas Brooch
Bit on the small side, but nether the less looks good on a plain dress or on a coat as it isot over the top like some larger pieces, it was not expensive but its only to wear over the Christmas period.
