Ridiculously expensive
Was forced to buy this product at an extortionate price. This was because the rachet which allowed the shower head to be adjusted had broken and it was impossible to secure a spare part repalcment, which would have no doubt cost just a few pence to manufacture. The resy of the item was fairly solid. However, Had rthe produce been of good quality the rachet, which is the cruciall part, should not have been so flimsy and should not have broken
