Bosch advertising suggests that it is unlikely to jam. Rubbish, mine jammed on the second occasion using fresh pruning on 99% green material.
2 of 2 found this helpful It failed to cut through even thin twigs and left long pieces hardly touched. It is probably essential that you remove ALL dead material from your chippings - they will jam it solid. I found the machine a complete waste of time.
The only material it actually chopped into smallish pieces were thin branches from 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
I am a great admirer of Bosch quality but am very disappointed with this piece of kit.
I must say that my home is full of other Bosch kit!
