Seems to have beneficial qualities.
I have been taking these tablets for 3 years to help with dry macular degeneration in my right eye. I already have wet macular in my left eye for which I get regular injections.
At my last visit the doctor asked if I took these tablets and said that they were obviously working as my eye was improving.
