we had a problem getting this spare part for the shaver. thankfully Amazon had stock.
1 of 1 found this helpful Why are manufacturers allowed to upgrade/ replace models of products with no warning? We have 2 Braun shavers, because my disabled husband can shave using this model with little problem. Now they have dropped this model and so we have to struggle to get parts. It is happening more often and causes products to be discarded before they are broken or worn out.
I think this is a scandal which should be looked into, if a product is being replaced, there should be a way to part exchange .
No wonder the landfills are overflowing!
