Great addition to my kitchen
As I don't need a full size cooker, this, along with halogen oven will suffice for me.. I like the fact that it heats up VERY quickly, but the 5th star was not given because of the time it takes to cool down...I leave it for a good hour before cleaning and putting back on the shelf where it lives...and there is no '' off'' control, so you just turn it to its lowest setting and switch the plug off..but all in all,its perfect for me.

2 of 2 found this helpful This was the first time I tried to make kefir and so I tried the freeze dried starter. It was easy to make but you need to keep your eye on the consistency. wasn't sure if I would like it, but it was quite good. If you like plain natural yogurt, you should like this, if you prefer it a bit sweeter or different taste you can add a few drops of vanilla or other flavouring.
